We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Junior Mechanic to support our heavy equipment maintenance team in Newtown, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude looking to grow and develop their skills in the heavy equipment field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment
- Learn to diagnose and repair mechanical issues under the guidance of experienced mechanics
- Support team members in improving equipment performance and minimizing downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports
- Follow all safety protocols and company regulations to ensure a safe work environment
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a mechanic or have worked with heavy equipment maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
