Position Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Fully On-Site) Trenton, NJ location OR New Brunswick location
Compensation: $65,000–$75,000/year, depending on experience
Benefits: Comprehensive package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Bonus Opportunities
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities:
Support attorneys in all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases
Regularly communicate with clients, law offices, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and expert witnesses
Manage case files, including gathering and reviewing medical records, police reports, and legal documents
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of legal correspondence and documentation
Maintain consistent client contact to provide updates and gather necessary information
? Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in personal injury law
Strong understanding of New Jersey e-courts, court rules, and legal procedures
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is strongly preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
