Job Opportunity: Maintenance Mechanic
Salary: $63,000–$70,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
Perform preventive maintenance on motors, engines, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical malfunctions using testing instruments and visual inspections
Dismantle and repair defective machinery using cranes, hoists, hand and power tools
Read and follow technical drawings, manuals, and specifications
Adjust and install parts and control instruments to maintain production standards
Perform repairs on EOATs (End of Arm Tooling) and molding machines
Install wiring, copper and PVC piping, and electrical conduit
Measure, calibrate, and test machinery to maintain optimal performance
Record and report maintenance activities and trends
Communicate effectively with service technicians and internal teams
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience
Experience with injection molding machinery is preferred
Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics
Proficiency with voltage/ohm meters and micrometers
Familiarity with preventive maintenance software and inventory systems
Ideal Candidate Traits:
Strong background in electrical systems and/or robotics (especially robotic arms)
Previous experience in injection molding environments
Practical and versatile problem-solver with mechanical aptitude
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
