CNC Lathe Machinist
Pay up to $35 an hour.
SCHEDULE/HOURS: M-TH 5am-3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up CNC FANUC slant lathe machines for production jobs.
• Perform 1st piece runs and inspection to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications.
• Operate the lathe to run production parts with minimal supervision.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform in-process inspections using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production and inspection results.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience operating CNC lathe equipment is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality parts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
