Lab Tech, Quality Assurance in Harleysville PA

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm
Salary : $50K
What You’ll Do:
? Perform routine QA/QC testing to ensure products meet established specs
? Maintain non-conformance logs and support continuous improvement
? Calibrate and maintain lab equipment (spectrophotometer, FTIR, titration, etc.)
? Collaborate with Manufacturing, Sales, and Tech teams to resolve quality issues
? Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and internal safety standards
? Maintain organized documentation and lab supply inventory
What We’re Looking For:
? Previous lab/QC/QA experience (sealants, adhesives, coatings a plus)
? Comfortable with ASTM methods, SOPs, and regulatory standards
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
? Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills
? Self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player
