Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM–10:00 PM | Occasional Saturday OT
- Pay Rate: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
Job Description:
- Set up and operate conventional, special-purpose, and NC machines to produce high-precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues during operation
- Conduct trial runs and verify conformance of finished parts to specs
- Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and production teams to solve machining challenges
- Maintain adherence to ISO 9002 standards and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude – please include how you meet this requirement in your resume or application
- Able to read and accurately use a tape measure
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior CNC machining and supervisory experience is highly preferred
- Detail-oriented, team-focused, and ready to take charge
