Shipping & Receiving Clerk Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:15AM - 4:45PM
- Pay Rate: up to $26.00
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage international shipments and inventory for our busy manufacturing facility. If you're organized, reliable, and experienced with commercial invoices and hazardous materials—let’s talk!
What You’ll Do:
- Handle incoming & outgoing shipments (domestic & international)
- Work with commercial invoices & hazardous materials
- Use Costpoint – Deltek for receiving & inventory tracking
- Prepare labels & documentation
- Inspect shipments, report discrepancies
- Communicate with carriers, shippers & internal teams
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in shipping/receiving (manufacturing preferred)
- Experience with international shipping & HazMat
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs
- Strong attention to detail & organization
- High school diploma or equivalent
