Machine Operator Job Details:
- Schedule: (7am-3pm) OT as needed
- Pay Rate: $19 -$25 hour depending on experience
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K Benefits with 4% company contribution when converted to the company!

Machine Operator Job Description:
- Build high-quality custom millwork items such as cabinets, furniture, and architectural elements according to client specifications.
- Accurately interpret and follow detailed blueprints, drawings, and design specifications.
- Operate woodworking machinery including saws, planers, jointers, and other related equipment to cut, shape, and assemble wood components.
- Utilize hand tools to fit, finish, and assemble pieces, applying finishes and ensuring a refined final product.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design requirements and uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Machine Operator Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a custom woodworker; knowledge of historic millwork is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in operating standard woodworking machinery and hand tools.
- Exceptional precision and craftsmanship in creating detailed, custom pieces.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to address and resolve fabrication issues effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely handle heavy materials.
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills in English
