Job Title: Field Technician / Inside Sales Representative
Location: Pottstown, PA (Confidential Company)
Pay Rate: up to $60,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Travel Requirement: 20-25% travel within the US (typically 1 day to site, 1 day at site, 1 day travel back – all hours compensated)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a mechanically inclined Field Technician & Hybrid Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This unique role combines technical expertise and customer interaction, requiring a proactive, service-oriented individual willing to travel and support customers both on-site and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Technician (20%)
Conduct technical walk-throughs at customer sites to assess system requirements for oil changes and other services.
Perform detailed evaluations of hot oil systems, providing insights and recommendations for maintenance and optimization.
Collaborate with customers to ensure a clear understanding of their needs and requirements.
Inside Sales Representative (80%)
Follow up on warm leads from the ACT database and build relationships with existing customers.
Provide technical support and product recommendations via phone and email.
Prepare quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs.
Proactively reach out to customers to address inquiries and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience with HVAC coils and heat exchangers.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems.
Experience reading and interpreting P&ID prints preferred.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
PC skills, including data entry and CRM software (experience with ACT database preferred).
