The fastest growing mobile retailer in the Midwest is hiring for a Bilingual District Store Manager to oversee multiple retail locations in the Chicagoland area. This is a great opportunity for a driven leader who’s passionate about team development, store performance, and career growth. Bilingual Spanish/English is required.
Job Details for Bilingual District Manager:
Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday with Saturdays as needed and occasional Sundays
Base salary: $60,000–$65,000 + up to $30,000 in annual bonuses
Daily travel required across multiple store locations
Flexible hours and autonomy to lead your market
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities for Bilingual District Manager:
Supervise daily operations across multiple wireless retail stores
Train, mentor, and support store leadership and sales teams
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Conduct store visits, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance
Lead store openings, resets, and team training events
Requirements for Bilingual District Manager:
3+ years of experience managing multiple retail locations or a large store team
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required
Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and store performance systems
