Direct hire Account Executive based out of Rosemont, IL!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Account Executive:
- Customer Acquisition & Onboarding: Drive growth by onboarding new customers and managing the lead generation pipeline. Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers. Identify opportunities for upselling and convert leads into long-term, loyal customers.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Prioritize the customer experience by understanding their needs and ensuring that Airblox's solutions evolve to meet those needs.
- Sales Strategy & Quotas: Contribute to and lead the development of sales strategies to meet and exceed quotas. Attend industry events and conduct in-person meetings with customers.
- Demos & Presentations: Lead on-site or virtual product demonstrations to showcase Airblox’s offerings and capabilities.
- CRM Management: Track and manage all customer interactions and activities through the Airblox CRM tool, ensuring data is properly recorded and organized for accurate reporting and follow-ups.
Job Requirements for Account Executive:
- Experience in the Air Cargo industry is a MUST
- Minimum 3 years sales experience
- Experience with account management from open to close
- Ability to analyze data and trends while staying current with company offerings and industry trends
- Must be comfortable with technology to demo product
- Willingness to travel 30-50%
- LA or Chicago based
- Bilingual - Fluency in Spanish
- Book of business
Preferred Requirements for Account Executive:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Sales Experience: 5+ years in a sales role, with a strong track record in generating and closing opportunities.
- Air Cargo Industry Experience: Familiarity with the air cargo industry, with a portfolio of contacts including forwarders, GSAs, and airlines, is preferred.
- Negotiation Skills: Experience in understanding client needs and managing the negotiation process.
- CRM & Computer Skills: Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software (preferably Salesforce or similar platforms
