Maintenance Technician Job Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, WED-SUN | 9:30A- 5:30P, with overtime available!
- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
- Type: Contract-to-Hire
Maintenance Technician Job Description:
- General cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, carpet and glass care
- Restroom and kitchen upkeep
- Routine maintenance per schedule
- Outdoor tasks: trash, snow, raking, salting
- Inventory support
- Event setup and breakdown
Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with general cleaning procedures
- Experience using hand and power tools for maintenance tasks
- Ability to lift 70-90 pounds
- High School Diploma or GED
