Are you an experienced staffing sales professional with a deep understanding of Managed Service Provider (MSP) models? Are you passionate about helping clients optimize their contingent workforce—particularly in light industrial, administrative, and clerical roles?
PeopleShare’s Strategic Solutions group is seeking a Sales Executive to join our high-performance team. This is your opportunity to drive new business and shape customized staffing solutions for mid-market clients across the U.S.
What You’ll Do
Proactively identify, qualify, and close new MSP partnerships focused on clerical and light industrial staffing needs.
Lead consultative sales conversations with HR, procurement, and operations leaders to understand workforce pain points and deliver practical solutions.
Guide potential clients—especially those new to MSPs—through the benefits of VMS tools and structured staffing programs.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle: from prospecting and discovery to proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
Collaborate closely with implementation and service delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success.
Use CRM tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build a healthy pipeline and track key metrics.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of B2B sales experience in the staffing industry, specifically in light industrial, administrative, or clerical verticals.
Direct experience selling MSP staffing solutions or VMS-supported workforce programs.
A proven track record of building mid-market partnerships, ideally in the $15M–$50M range.
Strong presentation and relationship-building skills with CHROs, Talent Acquisition leaders, and Procurement executives.
Comfort with longer, consultative sales cycles and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals.
A proactive, self-motivated mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting clients as they transition into their first MSP program.
Background in smaller or mid-sized staffing firms, where versatility and creativity are valued.
Exposure to key sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, or customer service.
