Assembler Technician
Location: Hatfield, PA
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16–$20/hour
Position Summary
A growing, global leader in precision instrumentation is seeking a dedicated Assembler Technician to join their production team. This role is ideal for someone mechanically and electronically inclined, comfortable with hands-on assembly work, and looking to grow within a clean, organized, and team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical assemblies
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and follow process procedures; monitor materials to ensure steady workflow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following 6S standards
- Assist with training team members and support general production tasks as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with assembly, calibration, and soldering
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and procedures
- Mechanically/electronically inclined; understanding of tools, flow systems, and calibration software
- Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable with physically active tasks (sitting/standing, lifting, multitasking)
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Light lifting (up to 25 lbs.), with occasional heavier lifting
Fast-paced, loud production environment
Use of safety glasses and gloves required in designated areas
Frequent bending, reaching, and standing at workstations
