Location: Princeton, NJ
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Contract Position: Now through June 20, 2025
Schedule: Mon–Tues: 12pm–9pm | Wed–Fri: 9am–6pm (1-hour lunch)
PeopleShare is hiring immediately for a Customer Support & Yearbook Design Assistant to join our team on a contract basis through June 20, 2025! If you're creative, tech-savvy, and love helping people, we want to hear from you.
?? What You'll Do:
Provide outstanding customer and tech support to clients creating yearbooks with Entourage’s system.
Guide users through the yearbook design process using Adobe InDesign or Canva.
Manage inbound/outbound calls with schools and organizations regarding their projects.
Troubleshoot issues and offer design and system support with professionalism and clarity.
Stay organized and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate closely with a supportive team while also working independently.
? What You Bring:
2+ years of customer service or tech support experience
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign or Canva is required
Strong computer and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
A proactive, team-oriented attitude
