Manufacturing Machine Support Technician - Join our team for an immediate opportunity in a dynamic manufacturing environment! Job Details: Machine Operator / Support Technician
- Job Title: Manufacturing Support Technician
- Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour (plus 7% night shift differential, resulting in $18.72 per hour)
- Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (2 weeks on days, 2 weeks on nights, including weekends and holidays). Example rotation: 2 days work, 2 days off, 3 days work, 2 days off, 2 days work, 3 days off. Must be available for day, night, weekend, and holiday work. Initial 2-week day shift for training and safety orientation.

Position Responsibilities: Machine Operator Support Technician
- Operate granulation equipment (Granulator 2, 3, 4) and monitor fluff silos to meet production requirements.
- Execute daily granulation and housekeeping plans, maintaining floor organization and material flow.
- Assemble production data, track product movement, and assist with inventory and material balance.
- Perform quality checks, troubleshoot process equipment, and respond appropriately to quality issues.
- Actively participate in safety programs, promote positive team interactions, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of work area activities, equipment status, and process conditions.

- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential for overtime.
- Demonstrated ability to follow procedures, operational guidelines, and maintain accurate records.
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Capability to troubleshoot basic process equipment issues and learn new processes quickly.
- Willingness to perform housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
