PeopleShare has an opening with a client for a 2-3 month contract as a Production Assembler. Candidates should have hands-on assembly experience within a manufacturing, warehouse inventory, or packing/shipping environment. This is a fast paced environment!
Title: Production Assembler
Location: Haddon Heights, NJ 08035
Pay: $18.50/hr
Duration: 2-3 month contract
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
We are seeking a Production Assembler to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Hand assemble test kits according to customer orders (paper test booklets, applying scratch & sniff labels, taste test strips, smell wands)
- Perform quality control of odors
- Package orders
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet ISO standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly line processes.
- Operate printing and stamping machinery (training will be provided)
Requirements:
- Must have a normal sense of smell for quality control purposes.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Must have good Hand/Eye coordination
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
