DAY TO DAY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the switchboard and act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
Organize and maintain efficient data management systems to support operational success.
Set up training environments, ensuring the proper materials and space for learning.
Coordinate food services and menu offerings to ensure staff are supported throughout the day.
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between internal teams and external vendors.
Ensure operational flexibility by prioritizing tasks and adjusting schedules as needed.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications or related education preferred.
1+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on efficiency.
Ability to learn new software systems quickly and effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
