Location: Boyertown, PA
Schedule: 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 5:30pm-4:00am, Friday 3:30pm - 12am
Pay Rate: $18 - $20 /hr

What You'll Do:
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
Identify and document quality issues, working with production teams to implement corrective actions that improve efficiency.
Train and educate production staff on quality control procedures to reduce defects and improve consistency.
Collaborate with managers to enhance product safety, streamline processes, and improve overall quality control measures.
Maintain accurate quality records and contribute to process improvements for greater efficiency and consistency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-4 years of experience (preferred in a production setting)
- Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, and measurements)
- Physical ability to lift 50lbs and perform hands-on tasks
