Location: Boyertown, PA
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

What You'll Do:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery
- Monitor production schedules and adjust for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures
- Provide technical support and training for operators
- Collaborate with Engineering for upgrades and installations
- Perform preventive maintenance on presses, motors, and tools
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-4 years of experience (preferred in a production setting)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and comprehend technical materials
- Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, and measurements)
- Physical ability to lift 50lbs and perform hands-on tasks
