JOB TITLE: Retail Sales Lead
PAY RATE: $20 - $23/Hour based upon experience
SCHEDULE: Core hours are 8am-6pm Monday -Saturday and 9am-5pm on Sunday
- MUST be flexible to work every other weekend both Saturday & Sunday
DAY TO DAY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Build customer relationships
- Offer advice to customer on purchases
- Be enthusiastic with customers about their projects
- Handle customer transactions from greeting to check-out
- Receive and stock inventory
- Maintain appearance of the store
- Work well with store team
- Be able to both take direction and be a self-starter
REQUIREMENTS:
- Automotive experience a plus, this includes: Mig and Tig welding, fabrication, etc.
- Must be a car enthusiast.
