JOB DETAILS:
Title: Director Academic & Student Success Operations
Pay: $50 per hour
Type: 6 month Contract with Opportunity to go permanent!
Schedule: 8:30AM-5:00PM, in office
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems.
- Oversee faculty workload, scheduling, pay, and compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
- Manage divisional budget, reporting, and administrative operations.
- Supervise and train Academic Operations Unit staff.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and communications.
- Partner with HR on faculty and staff processes.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and external reporting requirements.
- Support technology enhancements for divisional services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- 6+ years of experience in operations, administration, or management.
- Supervisory and budget management experience required.
- Proficiency with enterprise-wide software (Banner preferred).
