Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $45/hr (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
CNC Programming & Setup:
Program, set up, and operate Citizen Swiss Lathe machines.
Work with Fanuc & Mitsubishi (Citizen) controls.
Utilize CAD/CAM software for programming.
Perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools..
Leadership & Training:
Lead and support CNC operations in a fast-paced job shop.
Train and mentor team members on machine operations and best practices.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Citizen Swiss Lathe Machines.
Strong background in Fanuc & Mitsubishi controls.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM programming and CNC setup.
Ability to work independently and lead a growing department.
A team player with a passion for precision machining and training others.
