- Pay Rate: up to $21.00
Quality Assurance Technician Job Description:
- Oversee final product inspections, identification, traceability, and compliance with inspection plans.
- Maintain quality records, documents, and non-conformance reports while ensuring standard requirements are met.
- Assist with inspection, measuring, and test equipment maintenance, including calibration and documentation.
- Support incoming and in-process inspections of raw materials and vendor-manufactured parts.
- Utilize Laser software for serial number tracking, perform Faro arm inspections as needed, and assist with manufacturing efforts when required.
Quality Assurance Technician Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Access, with the ability to perform word processing, spreadsheets, and database operations.
- Strong mathematical skills, including high school-level algebra and geometry, with a willingness to learn technical drawings and documents.
- High school diploma or GED, with at least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment; ISO 9001 training or experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, decision-making ability, and the ability to follow quality standards closely.
- Effective communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a high level of familiarity with quality standards and processes.
