Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of this position will be to help manage with legal intakes, however, the ideal candidate will be interested in multi-tasking and taking on additional responsibilities as the firm continues to grow.
Bilingual Intake Specialist Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday: 10:00A – 7:00P or 11:00A – 8:00P
- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
- Type: Contract to Hire Role
Bilingual Intake Specialist Job Description:
- Manage a high-volume intake system, ensuring efficient processing of incoming inquiries.
- Respond to intakes promptly, maintaining a timely flow of communication.
- Conduct lead screenings to assess case eligibility and prioritize accordingly.
- Collaborate with other Legal Intake Specialists to complete special projects and achieve team objectives.
- Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual Intake Specialist Requirements:
- High School Diploma (Minimum requirement)
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
