Our client, a leading provider of maintenance services, is seeking candidates with business to business customer service experience for a great opportunity at their location in Norristown, Pa!
This is a hybrid position that will work 3 days in office and 2 days from home. Equipment will be provided.
Job Details for Customer Service Specialist:
- Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, M-F
- Hybrid Schedule - 3 days in office, 2 days at home per week
- Pay: Up to $22/hr, based on experience
Job Description for Customer Service Specialist:
- Handled inbound calls and reply to client emails regarding services that we provide
- Write and submit proposals to clients for approval
- Manage the internal platform by accepting and entering work orders
- Follow up on work orders to ensure that clients service level agreements are being maintained and manage the work order flow
Qualifications for Customer Service Specialist:
- College degree preferred
- At least 1 year of business to business customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
