Position Overview:
The Part Time Part Time Admin Coordinator will work to support the training and development team. This candidate will be supporting with administrative duties, administrative duties, answering calls, and supporting with onboarding.
Part Time Admin Coordinator Job Details:
- Schedule: M-F: Approximately 25 hors per week / 8:30a-3:30p
- Pay Rate: $20-$21 per hour
- Type: Contract – 4 to 6 months in duration

Part Time Admin Coordinator JobDescription:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, etc.)
- Organize and maintain office files, both digital and physical.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Greet visitors and provide general support to visitors and employees.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) essential.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and pivot quickly
