Job Details for the Blending Technician:
- 1st Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4pm
- Pay Rate: up to $25/hr paid weekly!

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Blending Technician:
- Operate and maintain batching and mixing equipment to produce formula mixes in accordance with customer specifications.
- Ensure accurate weights and measurements in metric and/or standard units of ingredients (liquid, solid, powder) and follow batch sheets to maintain product consistency.
- Perform quality checks during the batching and mixing process to ensure the finished products meet the specifications for each customer.
- Coordinate and monitor the filling of finished products into containers including labeling, packaging and stagging for customers
- Ensure packaging meets regulatory standards and company quality control guidelines.
- Regularly inspect, clean, and maintain batching, mixing, filtration, and emulsification equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper handling of chemicals, ingredients, and production equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all areas comply with sanitation standards.
Job Requirements for the Blending Technician:
- Direct experience in large-scale batching and mixing processes.
- Previous experience working in filtration, emulsification, and filling.
- Prior experience in food and beverage production and/or quality control.
- Proficient ability to read and calculate weights and measurements both metric and standard.
- Must be willing to complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
