Job Details for the Office Manager:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM
- Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Job Description for the Office Manager:
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Answer customer's inquiries regarding services offered
- Assist with accounts receivable
- Respond to emails sent to a shared inbox
- Various administrative tasks
Job Requirements for the Office Manager:
- 3 or more years of relevant office experience
- Comfortability with speaking with customers over the phone
- Experience using MS Office
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
- Ability to sit for long periods of time at a desk
