Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will handle fulfillment tasks for Ricoh cameras and accessories in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has strong data entry skills, multitasking abilities, and experience with Microsoft Excel.
This is a 100% in-person position with free parking, free coffee, a breakroom, and a vending area on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and shipping items.
- Perform inventory control and data entry for processing shipments.
- Unbox products and stock shelves.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Occasionally use a pallet jack; forklift operation not required.
- Ensure accuracy and meet production standards for assigned tasks.
Training & Schedule:
- Training Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch).
- Regular Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch).
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, and stocking.
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely; team lifts are used for heavier items.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must have personal transportation.
Work Environment:
- Casual dress code: jeans and a shirt are acceptable.
- Warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation.
