Help Desk Analyst Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-430p
- Pay Rate: $60k-$64k

Help Desk Analyst Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day maintenance and support for various systems, including but not limited to workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Identify and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as needed.
- Conduct root cause analysis to address underlying problems and prevent recurrence.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding system status, issues, and resolutions.
- Manage client relationships by delivering high-quality support and addressing concerns promptly.
- Troubleshoot both software and hardware issues, including in-house and 3rd party applications.
- Ensure all production changes adhere to Change Management methodology for smooth and controlled transitions.
- Collaborate with the Help Desk Manager and other team members to optimize support processes and enhance overall efficiency
Help Desk Analyst Job Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for diverse systems and applications in a face-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; analytical skills
- Familiarity with Change Management methodologies and best practices
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or similar are a plus.
- Proficient to advanced understanding of Operating System platforms, including Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS
- Proficient in the use of ticketing systems and knowledge-sharing platforms
