Office Assistant Job Details:
• Schedule: between 9am to 430pm, up to 30 hours/week, fully on-site
• Pay Rate: $20 to 25/hr
Office Assistant Job Description:
• Edit and format documents in Microsoft Word.
• Plan, create, and schedule all marketing emails following established email marketing best practices guideline.
• Manage and update property listings on platforms
• Design and edit a variety of on-brand marketing collateral including property flyers/brochures, social media graphics, and email campaign components.
• Post content to social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Assist with administrative tasks around the office as needed.
Office Assistant Job Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Maintains accurate records
