Production Associate
Hackettstown, NJ
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures
- Package finished products and prepare orders for shipment
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Load raw materials and supplies into production lines
- Label, palletize, and prepare completed products for distribution
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and food safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and material movement as needed
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
