2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do:
Maintain and repair industrial production equipment, conveyors, packaging machinery, compressors, boilers, fryers, ovens, and control systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and machine control issues
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
Install, commission, and modify new production equipment
Work closely with Production, Quality, and Operations teams to keep production running efficiently
Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades
Maintain safety, GMP, and food manufacturing standards
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of industrial maintenance, millwright, mechanical, electrical, welding, machining, HVAC, or related technical experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Experience with industrial machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, compressors, control systems, and automated equipment
Ability to read schematics, manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings
Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout, PPE, and industrial safety practices
A self-starter who can think on their feet when there isn't a manual for the problem
Bonus Points For:
Food manufacturing experience
PLC troubleshooting or programming experience
Welding, fabrication, machining, or electrical certifications
Bilingual English/Spanish
