PeopleShare is hiring QA Technicians for a growing food manufacturing company in the Hackettstown area.
This role is perfect for candidates with experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, or CPG environments who are passionate about product quality and food safety. We're looking for individuals who ask questions, think beyond the task at hand, and enjoy improving processes.
$24-$26/hr (Depending on Experience)

Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: Tuesday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM (2 openings)
- Night Shift: Tuesday-Thursday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM (1 opening)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform product testing and quality inspections
- Monitor food safety, GMP, HACCP, and SQF compliance
- Inspect raw materials and finished products
- Conduct temperature checks and allergen verification
- Complete QA documentation and maintain records
- Assist with product holds, releases, and investigations
- Support customer complaint investigations
- Conduct GMP and sanitation audits throughout the facility
- Verify calibration of QA equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous QA, QC, food safety, or food manufacturing experience preferred
- CPG manufacturing experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication and computer skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
