This is a hands-on manufacturing role supporting the assembly and movement of materials used in an advanced production environment. Responsibilities
- Load components and materials into automated equipment for assembly operations
- Supply production lines with materials and remove finished products as needed
- Monitor equipment during production runs and communicate issues to leadership
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Scan, track, and document materials throughout the production process
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general production, assembly, and material handling tasks
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Comfortable working around machinery and automated equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing or production environments
- Material handling and inventory control
- Scanning and tracking materials
- Assembly line operations
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards
