ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Performing regular inventory audits, ensuring accurate record-keeping and controlling and sharing in a daily basis STK discrepancies with Warehouse Supervisor • Receiving and processing incoming orders, manufacturing orders accurately on ERP System • Ensuring hourly printing tickets on control dashboard, monitoring picking, packing, and shipping of orders. • Handling RMA returns process. Implement actions plan to avoid future issues. • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders and shipments. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Managing inbound and outbound logistics. • Coordinating with transportation providers for efficient pickup/delivery schedules. • Ensuring compliance with shipping and receiving regulations. What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Physical Requirements

✅ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse
✅ Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and carry up to 60 lbs. as needed
✅ Comfortable operating warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
✅ Ability to work in a warehouse environment with noise, dust, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
