PeopleShare is currently seeking an experienced Production Associate Group Lead for a growing manufacturing team located in Cranberry Twp, PA! This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong manufacturing background who enjoys leading by example, training team members, and helping drive production success in a clean and organized environment.
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 9:30 PM - 8:00 AM
Pay Rate: $24.00-$26.00/hr + 10% Shift Differential

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support production associates during daily manufacturing operations
- Train and mentor new team members on processes, procedures, and quality standards
- Assist with small parts assembly and production activities as needed
- Monitor workflow and help ensure production goals are met
- Promote safety, quality, and compliance within the cleanroom environment
- Communicate production updates and concerns to supervisors and team members
- Troubleshoot basic production issues and help drive continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a cleanroom environment
- Experience performing small parts assembly
- Previous experience as a Lead, Trainer, Team Lead, or Senior Production Associate
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Standard background check required

- Must be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing required cleanroom garb
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail are essential
