Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM (or until work is completed)

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Turret Forklift Operator to join our growing warehouse team in Claymont, DE. The Turret Forklift Operator will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by safely moving, storing, and retrieving products in a cold storage environment. The ideal Turret Forklift Operator will have previous experience operating turret equipment, working at elevated heights, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a turret forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Safely transport products throughout the warehouse while maintaining accuracy.
- Utilize the turret forklift to retrieve and store inventory at elevated rack locations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper product identification and storage practices.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Work closely with warehouse team members to ensure order fulfillment goals are met.
- Inspect equipment before and after use and report any maintenance concerns.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Turret Forklift Operator experience in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Comfortable working at heights and in a cold storage environment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to cross-train in other warehouse functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in cold storage, food distribution, or high-volume warehouse operations.
