Machine Operator Helper
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Night Shift: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator Helper to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role assists machine operators with daily production activities, material handling, and maintaining a safe and efficient work area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with setup, operation, and monitoring of production equipment.
- Load and unload materials as needed.
- Transport materials and finished products throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.
- Support production goals by ensuring materials and supplies are readily available.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to frequently lift and move 50+ pounds.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
