Floater Position
The Floater works alongside skilled Blender and Packing Operators in a fast-paced, labor-intensive production environment. This role supports the repeated blending and packaging of spice blends while maintaining quality, accuracy, and food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the blending and packaging process
- Accurately document and verify production activities
- Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
- Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Lift and handle ingredient bags weighing up to 50 lbs
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to pass an aptitude test
Pay:
- $17.00 - $17.75 per hour, based on experience
- Paid-for-Performance incentive available
Schedule:
- Start time: 6:00 AM
- End time: When production is complete
