Blend Puller/Forklift Operator
Join a fast-paced production team responsible for creating spice blends in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role that requires standing for extended periods and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Operate blending equipment and follow batch instructions accurately
- Verify ingredients and weights before blending
- Complete production paperwork and maintain records
- Clean and sanitize blenders and production equipment
- Assist with daily production tasks to meet schedules
- Operate a forklift (certification required)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and food-safe work environment
- Follow GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies
- Communicate production or quality concerns to management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Sit down and standup forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
