Join a team-focused industrial operation where you'll safely move, store, and load large products using heavy-capacity forklifts. This position works primarily outdoors and plays a key role in shipping, yard organization, and daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate large-capacity forklifts to transport, store, and load products
- Load and unload trailers, trucks, and materials safely and accurately
- Organize yard inventory and assist with product tracking
- Inspect products for damage and maintain a clean, safe work area
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and shipping instructions
- Communicate with drivers, production teams, and supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of forklift, yard, or material-handling experience
- Experience operating large-capacity forklifts preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety, organization, and teamwork
- Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and load securement preferred
