Pay Rate: $16.00-17.00/ hour (Weekly Pay)

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician to perform daily quality testing, inspect assembly components, and manage batch record documentation within a cleanroom production setting. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical worker looking to grow with an industry-leading company.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily quality testing, component inspections, and procedures using magnification equipment.
- Review and approve production batch records and quality documents for accuracy and completion.
- Audit in-process documentation continuously throughout the shift.
- Record and accurately maintain Sterilization Records and organize quality retain locations.
- Report potential non-conformances, test results, and operational roadblocks to the Quality Supervisor.
- Ensure testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant production, assembly, or quality experience (open to sharp entry-level talent with strong technical aptitude).
- Skills: Comfortable conducting testing, auditing records, and operating magnification tools.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs comfortably.

- Break Schedule: 30-minute lunch break. (Clock-out required for restroom breaks due to cleanroom gowning/dressing procedures).
