Job Responsibilities
As a General Warehouse Associate, you will support multiple areas within a busy distribution center, including:
✅ Picking and preparing customer orders
✅ Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
✅ Loading and unloading trucks
✅ Shipping, returns, and inventory replenishment
✅ Building, staging, and shrink-wrapping pallets
✅ Operating material handling equipment
✅ Conducting inventory control and stock checks
✅ Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
✅ Identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies or damaged products
Qualifications
✔ Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
✔ Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment preferred
✔ Ability to read and understand written instructions
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
✔ High School Diploma or GED preferred
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
🔹 Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
🔹 Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, and reaching
🔹 Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, machinery, noise, and dust
