Title: Field Quality Coordinator
Location: Camden, NJ 08103
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Duration: 1 year contract
Pay: $30/hr
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist various groups within the Field Quality Assurance Division in:
- Reviewing reports from multiple resources to identify quality concerns.
- Gathering additional information on quality concerns from various sources. This includes emailing, messaging, talking to the retail employees on the phone.
- Analyze and organize data from different IT systems as directed by the manager and provide timely update on results.
- Review, maintain, and monitor reports and logs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
- Communicate and collaborate with field staff to arrange and facilitate vehicle inspections.
- Coordinate failed part collection and track the progress of the collection as directed by the manager.
- Support the team in issuing technical reports and following up on ongoing investigations.
- Review customer service and technical helpline cases and create summaries of conditions reported.
- Follow up with appropriate parties using email and phone to collect missing checklist items.
- Maintain various spreadsheets for tracking of all items.
- Provide weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly reports to the team on quality related concerns.
- Support ad hoc request to assist with KPIs reports or quality performance assessment by performing custom operations in the excel file following agreed convention.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Must be well organized and detail oriented.
- Must have an ability to learn how to use proprietary IT systems.
- Must be able to learn new process and retain the knowledge applying it in day-to-day activities.
- Must demonstrate computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office and working knowledge of MS Excel: group, search, filter, pivot, format, etc.
- Excellent reading and comprehension skills. Able to communicate effectively using phone and e-mail.
- Willing to learn and develop understanding of various infotainment devices and their function.
- Background and practical experience with smart phones to install updates, applications and to utilize Bluetooth and Wi-Fi wireless technology.
- Able to work in a fast-paced service environment with constantly changing priorities.
- Prefer 2 or more years in Automotive or IT field.
Additional Requirements Preferred:
- A history of working effectively with teams to gather information or data.
- A track record of maintaining accurate and detailed data.
- Previous experience with taking on and growing within a role.
- History that indicates ability to take on increasing responsibility and job ownership
