- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $22.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM | $23.00/hour

Dock Worker Job Description:
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload trailers.
- Move freight throughout the warehouse and dock areas.
- Stage, organize, and transport materials for shipping and receiving.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Dock Worker Job Requirements:
- Previous sit-down forklift experience is required.
- Ability to safely load, unload, and move freight in a warehouse environment.
- Must be comfortable training in Markham, IL before transitioning to the permanent Montgomery, IL facility.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
