Polisher – Manufacturing Associate
Location: Frederick, MD
Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Day Shift (4:00 AM – 12:30 PM) or Night Shift Opportunities Available
About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Polishers to join their manufacturing team in Frederick, MD. This hands-on role involves polishing and finishing products to quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Polish and finish products according to company specifications
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Use hand tools and equipment as needed
Requirements
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for an entire 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable working in a wet environment
- Must wear steel-toe waterproof boots (employee provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Previous manufacturing, production, polishing, or labor experience preferred but not required
