Machine Operator Helper
Location: Frederick, MD
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Night Shift: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Job Summary
Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Machine Operator Helpers to join their production team in Frederick, MD. This role supports machine operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and requires individuals who are comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift and consistently handling physical labor. Pay range adjusted from the client's original request based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with production processes
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support production goals and quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for the entire shift
- Ability to frequently lift and move 50+ lbs.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Steel-toe waterproof boots are required (employee-provided)
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus but not required
