Industrial Cleaning Technician
SCHEDULE/HOURS: 1st Shift Monday to Friday 5:45am-2pm
PAY RATE: $22hr

PeopleShare is seeking dependable, hardworking Industrial Cleaning Technicians to support industrial cleaning and maintenance projects at manufacturing facilities and industrial plants throughout Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities
As an Industrial Cleaning Technician, you will:
- Clean manufacturing equipment, machinery, industrial equipment, and production areas
- Remove grease, dust, dirt, buildup, and industrial debris using hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Sweep, shovel, vacuum, and perform general industrial cleaning duties
- Assist with project setup, equipment staging, breakdown, and site cleanup
- Maintain organized work areas, tools, and equipment throughout each project
- Follow all company and customer safety procedures and guidelines
- Work closely with the Owner and Lead Technician to complete projects safely and efficiently
Work Environment
This position involves working in active manufacturing and industrial settings, including:
- Manufacturing plants and industrial facilities
- Exposure to heat, dust, dirt, water, and varying temperatures
- Working around industrial equipment and machinery
- Early morning start times (typically 5:45 AM)
Candidates must be comfortable working in physically demanding and sometimes dirty industrial environments.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move throughout the workday
- Ability to occasionally climb stairs
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and machinery
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Comfortable working in industrial environments with exposure to heat, dust, dirt, and varying temperatures
- Ability to perform physically demanding work safely and consistently
- Availability for early morning start times
